Delete your account

    You can delete your ViscaCare account and the health information in it at any time — no need to install the app or contact us first.

    Deletion is permanent. Your profile, chats with Mia, health records, wearable data and appointment history are removed. We keep only what the law requires us to keep — billing records and hashed fraud-prevention identifiers. Any active membership is cancelled and remaining paid-for time is not refunded.

    Use the email or mobile number on your ViscaCare account. We'll send a 6-digit code to confirm it's you.
