GP funding flexibility
Every participating employer can give eligible employees and their families access to our negotiated GP services. You decide how consultations are funded.
Employees pay the agreed consultation fee when they need a GP appointment.
The employer contributes towards GP consultations through an agreed funding arrangement.
The employer funds an agreed level of GP access for eligible employees and, where included, their families.
Access and payment are separate. GP consultations are not automatically included in the €500 Access membership. These are three funding arrangements within one ViscaCare scheme, agreed with you, not separate products. GP appointments run 8am to 10pm, 7 days a week, subject to availability.
One collective scheme
Large organisations have traditionally enjoyed greater purchasing power when providing healthcare benefits.
ViscaCare brings smaller businesses together under one collective healthcare access scheme, making meaningful healthcare support more accessible and affordable for their employees and families.
Every new participating employer strengthens our collective community and our ability to negotiate valuable healthcare services and benefits.
ViscaCare is a healthcare access scheme, not an insurer, and does not underwrite medical costs.
Membership benefits

Mia supports preparation and communication. Mia does not diagnose or replace the GP.
For your business
Reward, retain, recruit
A benefit your people and their families actually use.
One plan, one app
No five suppliers to manage - and no claims process.
Live in 48 hours
No minimum term. Add or remove staff in seconds.
Always confidential
You never see records, consultations or who uses the EAP.
Health records sit in each person's encrypted Vault, and only they can access them. Mia offers general guidance, not medical advice or diagnosis; a human Doctor diagnoses and prescribes.
For employers
Your business doesn't need a large HR department or a complicated benefits budget to provide meaningful healthcare support.
ViscaCare makes it simple to offer your employees and their families access to healthcare services, wellbeing support and a digital healthcare companion, all through one collective scheme.
Employers see team-level usage only. Individual medical records, EAP contact and Ask Mia conversations stay private to each employee.

Hear how ViscaCare worked for Angela
"I signed our staff and their families up to our ViscaCare cover. I never thought I'd be the first to use it. I went online and had an appointment within 2 hours. The Doctor was very attentive, asked all the pertinent questions and I had my correct diagnosis, all within 10 minutes."
"ViscaCare has been a real support for our team. It's helped with retention and people genuinely use it."
"My experience with the online doctor. I went online and made an appointment which we got within a couple of hours. The doctor asked to see the rash my son Senan had come out in, and on performing the glass test the rash didn't disappear. He immediately said to go straight to Temple Street hospital to get checked out for viral meningitis - a referral letter was awaiting us when we got there. I was very happy with the speediness and professionalism of the service."
