Family membership questions
Who counts as my household on the Family tier?
The Family tier is designed for the people who live with you — a partner and children at the same address. Each person gets their own record inside your Healthcare Centre, never merged with anyone else’s. If you are supporting relatives at another address or in another country, the Carer tier is built for that.
How do I add family members?
After joining, you invite each person from your account. They accept by email and choose what they share with you. Access is consent-based, with selectable permissions, and can be revoked immediately at any time.
Are my family’s records private?
Yes. Every person has a separate Healthcare Centre record and medication list. Nothing is shared without that person’s permission, and Ask Mia offers general guidance only — never medical advice or diagnosis.
How does the free trial work?
Every membership starts with a 14-day free trial. A one-time 90-day minimum period applies from sign-up, and that period includes the trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be billed.
How do the earned Doctor appointments work?
Your household earns a free online Doctor appointment every 4 months — on months 4, 8 and 12 of your membership. Additional appointments are pay-per-visit at the member rate, booked in the app with no waiting room.
