    Closer care, from any distance

Everything in Family, for people you care for

All the household features — Ask Mia guidance, Health Track, records and member rates — extended to relatives you support, wherever they live.

    Support across addresses and borders

Built for relatives at another address or in another country. Stay close to their health without being in the same place — across Ireland, the UK and Europe.

    Separate, private records

Each person you care for keeps their own Healthcare Centre record, history and documents — kept strictly apart from your own and from each other’s.

    Medication management, remotely

Keep their medication list current with doses, timing and allergies, set reminders, and reconcile after appointments or discharge — from wherever you are.

    Invitation-only, consent-based access

The person you support accepts your invitation and chooses what you can see. Permissions are selectable and access can be revoked immediately.

A Doctor appointment earned every 4 months

Earn a free online Doctor appointment on months 4, 8 and 12, with pay-per-visit appointments at the member rate in between — qualified Doctors when clinical advice is needed.

Everyone under one roof? The Family tier is designed for a single household — same separate records and consent-based sharing, at a lower monthly price. Our family health guide explains how both tiers keep medicines and records organised.

    Carer membership questions

Who is the Carer tier for?

The Carer tier is for people supporting relatives who may live at another address or in another country — an ageing parent, an adult child studying abroad, or a family member whose care you help coordinate. If everyone lives at the same address, the Family tier is usually the better fit.

How does the person I care for join?

You send them an invitation from your account. They accept by email and choose exactly what you can see. Access is consent-based, with selectable permissions, and they can revoke it immediately at any time. Support never removes their control over their own information.

Are their records kept separate from mine?

Always. Each person has their own Healthcare Centre record and medication list. Information is never merged or mixed — clinicians can see exactly whose history they are reviewing, and only with the member’s consent.

Can I help manage their medicines from a distance?

Yes. You can keep their medication list current — names, doses, timing and allergies — set reminders, and reconcile the list after appointments or a hospital stay. Ask Mia offers general guidance and healthcare system information, not medical advice or diagnosis, and medicine changes always need a Doctor or pharmacist.

How does the free trial work?

Every membership starts with a 14-day free trial. A one-time 90-day minimum period applies from sign-up, and that period includes the trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be billed.

How do the earned Doctor appointments work?

You earn a free online Doctor appointment every 4 months — on months 4, 8 and 12 of your membership. Additional appointments are pay-per-visit at the member rate, booked in the app with no waiting room.
